I found this program to be very helpful... Raising a very high energy toddler can be exhausting and there are many days I feel like I have no idea what the right way to respond is. This program was really wonderful to help me understand that I actually have been on the right track, and also gave me many wonderful ideas that have made big, positive changes in how we handle challenging situations in our family.

The minute that we slowed down and got to (the child's) level and did the things, the actions that (the provider) told us to do, our cooperation with our child at that point literally skyrocketed to like, we’d say probably 80% of the time they listened the first time we said it. I think this program has been helpful. We come from a family where mom and dad have completely different parenting styles. This program has given us tools to help provide more structure for our kids. By providing clear expectations/discipline and positive reinforcement. The behaviors have improved.

I really enjoyed my session with Mae. Very knowledgeable and was able to give me some really good advices. One example is trying showing more emotions and remind your child that you love him. I have been reminding my child that I love him and it has definitely changed his attitude and he stop the constant crying.
It was a helpful resource, and provided us with a lot of reassurance that what we were going through was probably common, but still gave us tools to help make the situation better. I'd recommend it.
Meeting with Erin was helpful there was an online class that we did as well, that I took one piece of advice from that has helped a lot, just being able to address behavior issues after they happen and not in the moment. Too many times I find myself trying to teach a lesson to my son when he is over reacting and fighting with me. It's just best to step away and come back in a couple hours when both of us have a clear mind.

I had a visit with a family where the room was really disregulated, and the parent was clearly at the end of their rope. We were able to get them connected with this resource. At our next visit, the parent was really proud they had started a sticker chart for potty training and that their child was responding well. You could see them employing the techniques they had learned in the room. It was a night and day encounter! I was really encouraged by that.
